About Us

At Benchmark Property Inspection we understand how important a real estate purchase is to you.  We are a professional inspection company committed to excellence through service, confidence and dependability.  We spend time with you, clearly explaining our findings and giving you real answers that can help you make the right decision.

With over 17 years inspecting homes in the Denver metro area, you will not find a home inspection company more qualified than us. Dean Bowring personally performs every inspection and has completed over 5,000 inspections. Dean’s commitment to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and his adherence to their Standards of Practice brings peace of mind to every client.

Dean encourages all of his clients to accompany him during the inspection.  You should feel free to ask any questions you may have during the inspection process.  Dean will point out problems and explain them to you.  He will also explain what routine maintenance is necessary to keep your home in top condition.  This will help you get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most knowledge of the systems that make up your home and how to maintain them.

After the inspection is completed, you will receive a computer-generated narrative inspection report including photos within 24 hours.  After you have received the inspection report and read it, you are encouraged to contact Dean to discuss any concerns you may have.  Dean encourages his clients to call him anytime about anything.

Buying a home can be both exciting and scary.  Dean will take the scary part away. You will learn about your new home from the inside out.  Dean’s knowledge and 17 years of experience will ensure that you are moving into a safer sounder home.
